Verify your name, subject, grade, and department in the sidebar panel. These details will be included in your submission.
Click a KPI card to open it. Enter your actual performance value (e.g. 92% for engagement rate). The target and benchmark are shown at the top of each card for reference.
Choose a rating that honestly reflects your performance: 1 = Below Expectations, 2 = Needs Improvement, 3 = Meets Expectations, 4 = Exceeds Expectations, 5 = Outstanding.
Click "Add Evidence" and document specific examples (lesson plans, assessment data, student work). Then fill in the four reflection fields: Strengths, Challenges, Improvement Actions, and Support Needed.
Use "Save Draft" at any time to avoid losing progress. Once all KPIs are complete, click "Submit Assessment". You can re-submit before the deadline if you need to make changes.
